Welcome to the online entry site for the 2025 Sherman County Fair in Loup City, Nebraska. Click the "Sign In" button at the top right corner of the screen to start the registration process. Each year you will need to set up a username and password to enter an exhibitor or family. If you are entering multiple family members, we recommend using "Quick Group" so you only have one user name and password to remember.

Clothing entries are due June 15 at 11:59 pm. Other fair entries (except horticulture/floriculture) can be made until 11:59 pm on July 6th. Item tags will be printed and available for pick up later that week. An email will be sent to families when they are ready. Families are responsible for attaching tags to exhibits prior to drop-off. Please enter only projects you will complete.

Horticulture and floriculture entries will be accepted until July 16th. Entry limit is one per class. Type the cultivar (variety) name in the description field. Item tags will be available at static exhibit drop off.

Livestock tag # and gender are required. Substitutions from exhibitor's ID sheet will be allowed if necessary.

Type "yes" or "no" in the IAFE National Code of Show Ring Ethics field when setting up your exhibitor profile if you have read and understand, and in consideration for being permitted to exhibit at this event, agree and consent to abide by the rules of competition, including the IAFE (Int'l Assoc. of Fairs & Expositions) National Code of Show Ring Ethics and rules as stated in the premium list of this event.
